A little personal news:

So, I was one of our church’s two official delegates to our Synod Assembly last weekend, which means I got to vote on stuff for our synod. While I was there, my pastors nominated me to a position (under-30 lay male) that would allow me to be one of our synod’s delegates to the ELCA Churchwide Assembly in 2009 (which means I would get to vote on churchwide ELCA stuff). And guess what?

I won the election.

Watch out ELCA, here I come.
